01 · Why SIYA
Sport opens doors.
We help girls walk through.
Talent is everywhere. Access is not. Registration costs, equipment, travel, facilities, and limited local opportunity can keep girls from the field before they ever get a fair start.
SIYA expands equitable access to sports and the leadership, wellness, mentorship, and community that grow alongside it.

02 · How support works
One mission.
Many uniforms.
A team does not need SIYA in its name to be eligible. We may support school, community, recreational, club, travel, league, partner, or SIYA-operated programs when the support advances our charitable mission.
WHAT SIYA MAY SUPPORT
League & participation fees
Registration, tournaments, camps, clinics, and approved competition costs.
Equipment & uniforms
Safety gear, supplies, uniforms, and essential sport-specific equipment.
Facilities & program operations
Fields, gyms, officials, insurance, permits, and required background checks.
Travel & development
Approved transportation, lodging, meals, coaching, mentorship, wellness, and academic support.
03 · Trust by design
Fair support.
Clear safeguards.
SIYA is building independent review into its foundation. When a proposed award involves a founder-affiliated team or another relationship, the interested person does not make the decision.
Name the relationship.
Actual or potential conflicts are documented before evaluation begins.
Recuse the interested person.
They do not score, recommend, negotiate, vote, approve payment, or supervise the award.
Use independent judgment.
Disinterested directors determine whether support is charitable, reasonable, fair, and mission-aligned.
Track every approved use.
Invoices, direct vendor payments, restricted agreements, receipts, reports, and recovery rights protect charitable funds.
THE NONNEGOTIABLE
Donors may express preferences. SIYA retains exclusive legal control and discretion over every contribution.
